Job Description
Your Responsibilities:
- Receiving and processing Conference & Events inquiries
- Handling Group & Tours reservations
- Creating offers and proposals
- Managing your assigned customer segment and acting as the direct contact for our national and international guests
- Representing and actively selling our event facilities
What we do expect from you:
- Completed apprenticeship in hospitality or event management
- Initial experience in international hospitality
- Friendly and communicative behaviour
- Strong sense of quality and attention to detail
- Excellent German and English skills
- Confident PC skills
- talent for organising and sales attitude
- Resilience flexibility and initiative
