Job Description
Join Axpo Polska Sp. z o.o. as a Junior Operations Verification Specialist and play a key role in supporting our external energy and gas systems. You will be instrumental in implementing customer statements reporting and enhancing business processes. If you are passionate about customer service and operational excellence we want to hear from you!
What You Will Do:
- Verify agreements of sales for EE and gas according to internal standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service on the Polish energy market.
- Support operational teams ensuring high standards of customer service.
- Create a positive company image in all customer interactions.
- Recognize customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Assist in process development data transfer and implementation of business logic in IT systems.
What You Bring & Who You Are:
- Education: Bachelors degree.
- Professional Competencies: Familiarity with CRM systems intermediate Excel skills and basic knowledge of PowerBI are advantageous.
- Personal Competencies: Strong analytical skills ability to work under pressure attention to detail teamwork skills and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Languages: Native Polish and at least B2 level in English.
