Job Title: LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR Residential Lettings
Location: Bognor Regis PO1
Salary: OTE 35000 per annum
Position: Permanent Full-Time

A well-regarded independent agency is looking for a driven and people-focused Lettings Negotiator to join their growing team in Bognor Regis. This is a broad and dynamic role offering the opportunity to work across all areas of residential lettings.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Generating new business leads and listing rental properties
- Liaising with landlords to win instructions and build long-term relationships
- Booking and conducting property viewings
- Managing applications offers and tenant move-ins
- Delivering excellent client care to both landlords and tenants
- Handling canvassing campaigns and business development initiatives
- Creating opportunities for referrals and cross-selling services
- Meeting and exceeding performance targets
- Adapting to varied tasks across all aspects of the lettings process
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
- Strong IT skills and ability to use bespoke systems
- Confident persuasive and driven to achieve results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Natural problem-solver with attention to detail and organisational ability
- Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in sales lettings or customer service is beneficial but not essential
- Eagerness to learn develop professionally and take ownership of responsibilities
