Salary: OTE 35000 per annum

A determined and experienced Sales Negotiator sought for a leading Iver (Bucks) estate agency. An excellent opportunity to work for a great firm win new business close deals and deliver outstanding customer service in a competitive market.
This is an exciting full-time permanent position ideal for someone looking to progress their Estate Agency career.
What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Negotiating sales deals and managing the end-to-end process
- Generating and converting new business opportunities
- Registering applicants and booking viewings
- Conducting property viewings
- Achieving and exceeding targets
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Previous experience in residential estate agency sales
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Confident articulate and well-presented
- Local knowledge of Iver area preferred
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential
- Professional self-motivated and positive attitude
