Salary: OTE 40000 per annum
Position: Permanent Full-Time

Worth Recruiting is working with a well-established independent estate agency operating across Berkshire and Oxfordshire currently seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Negotiator to join their Twyford branch.
This is an ideal role for a confident property professional with a passion for sales excellent communication skills and the ability to win new business in a fast-paced market. If youre a motivated individual ready to take the next step in your property career this could be the perfect opportunity.
What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Conducting property viewings and negotiating sales
- Generating and winning new business opportunities
- Delivering exceptional customer service to buyers and vendors
- Managing offers and progressing sales to completion
- Building strong relationships with clients and applicants
- Maintaining an active awareness of the local property market
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Previous experience in residential property sales
- Confident sales and negotiation abilities
- Professional and customer-service focused
- Positive attitude and strong telephone manner
- Well-presented self-motivated and target-driven
- Knowledge of the Twyford area (preferred)
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Professional and proactive approach to estate agency
