Job Description
Are you passionate about keeping retail experiences consistent functional and customer-ready As a Sr. Specialist Brand Standards and Merchandising Ops youll be the go-to expert for maintaining in-store merchandising standards and ensuring our teams have the tools and guidance they need to deliver great experiences every day. If you love connecting the dots between strategy and execution this role is for you.
What youll do
- Support store teams and vendor partners with clear guidance on maintaining merchandising standards and functionality.
- Act as the key liaison between field teams category partners and vendor labor groups to ensure alignment and execution.
- Monitor and respond to store escalations vendor reports and functionality issues.
- Translate vendor reporting into actionable insights for corporate and field teams.
- Contribute to the SEI program by supporting audits surveys and performance insights.
- Represent the voice of merchandising operations in cross-functional conversations.
- 35 years of experience in retail or corporate operations.
- 3-5 years supporting operational teams
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams and vendors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook).
- Experience supporting field teams and managing operational escalations.
- Experience working with external vendors on merchandising initiatives.
