Job Description

Your Tasks

  • Develop and manage HR budgets forecasts and financial plans
  • Monitor and analyze HR-related financial performance identifying trends risks and opportunities
  • Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management
  • Establish and track key HR metrics on an international level (e.g. turnover rates employee engagement compensation trends)
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of HR data to internal and external stakeholders
  • Utilize HR analytics to provide actionable insights and support strategic initiatives
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements within HR operations
  • Monitor HR expenditures and ensure compliance with budgetary constraints
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other departments to align HR strategies with business objectives
  • Support the implementation of HR initiatives and programs by providing financial and analytical expertise
  • Advise senior leadership on HR financial impacts and strategic workforce planning
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulations & standards
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate financial risks within HR
  • Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in HR and financial management

Your Profile

  • Minimum Bachelors degree (Masters degree preferred) in Human Resources Finance Business Administration or a related field
  • Professional certification (e.g. CIMA CPA) is an advantage
  • Experience in HR controlling financial planning or a related role preferably in a multinational environment
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex data to senior management
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and systems
  • Proficiency in HR software (e.g. SAP Workday) and advanced Excel skills
