As a Service Lead Community youll lead a team of Support Workers to deliver high-quality person-centred services that empower people with disabilities to live inclusive and meaningful lives. This is a hands-on leadership role where youll work closely with customers families and staff to create a positive and inclusive environment.
Youll be responsible for guiding and mentoring your team ensuring services are delivered safely effectively and in line with Arumas values. Youll also play a key role in service development compliance and continuous improvement.
