Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding service. The Concierge will serve as the first point of contact for guests or residents assisting them with a variety of requests and inquiries to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and residents warmly upon arrival and maintain a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and requests providing accurate information about the facility services and amenities.
- Assist with administrative duties transportation events and activities ensuring an exceptional experience for families and guest.
- Coordinate special requests.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a concierge or in a customer service role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse clients.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in using computers and common office software.
- A friendly courteous and professional demeanor with a passion for providing top-notch service.
