Role: Manager Member Experience & Concierge Services
Reports To: Palmer Ramsay - Executive Director Member Experience
Location: Buckhead Atlanta
Workplace Type: Associates should be based in Atlanta and are expected to be present in the office three days a week from 9 am to 5 pm at minimum with encouragement to be in beyond those times/days especially during the first year of employment.
The Role
The Manager of Member Experience & Concierge Services at World 50 Group plays a critical role in constructing the environment for the ultimate member experience at events. Reporting to the Executive Director this position is responsible for managing all aspects of the planning and execution of event logistics and Concierge Services. This position requires 30-50% travel during peak months (March - June & September-November). As part of the Member Experience team you will work closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the logistical planning coordination and execution of all World 50 programs including:
Member Related Summits and gatherings
- Manages the planning and execution of 3-4 summits a season
- Manages the logistics timeline for each program
- Manages gathering budgets and forecasts in Salesforce for each gathering
- Coordinates lodging and transportation as needed
- Travels to summits and manages onsite logistics or support as needed
- Develops and manages event related-collateral
- Manages one direct report who focuses on summits and special programs
- Inputs all costs associated with events into Salesforce and ensure all reporting is coded and accurate
Concierge Services
- Sends recommendations internally and externally within 48 hours
- Tracks all concierge requests
- Launches and maintains gift guide website
- Develops and grows the strategy for World 50 concierge
- Sets up World 50 vendor relationships attends shows at the Mart and place bulk orders
- Orders holiday gifts for World 50 vendors
- Inputs all costs associated into Salesforce and ensures all reporting is coded and accurate
Manage ME Storage Room & Supplies
- Responsible for tracking summit supply needs and coordinating with Member Services team & Member Experience pods
- Procures the materials that are needed for all types of gatherings working closely with the Design team on branding and design for items ordered
- Orders summit materials
- Keeps an inventory system of summit materials
- Helps pack and unpack pelican cases before and after each gathering as needed
- Responsible for organizing nametags - with Member Experience pods
- Packs materials for virtual experiences and Concierge shipments in coordination with Member Services

Experience:
- 2 years of experience managing budgets event plans and logistics for multiple gatherings simultaneously
- Experience working in Salesforce is a plus
- Experience in merchandising is a plus
Work Environment and Physical Demands
The associate in this role will be responsible for frequently moving objects and materials weighing up to 40 pounds in storage rooms and onsite at events. While at events you will be expected to be constantly moving through the event venue during event setup execution and breakdown. You will be occasionally required to travel 30-50% travel during peak months (March - June & September-November).
