Size and functions of local team: GTM functions include Sales (AEs) CS (CSMs) Marketing Sales Engineering; no existing RevOps team this is the first hire
Role description:
Leader - Build RevOps from scratch owning GTM systems and processes across Sales CS Marketing and SEs. Initial priority on Sales expanding to full GTM coverage.
Audit and optimise HubSpot; build automated workflows for renewals expansions upsell triggers usage milestones.
Ensure accurate CRM data incl. ARR renewals stakeholders; use enrichment tools.
Define GTM metrics (retention pipeline velocity CAC CPL etc.) and implement CRM segmentation scoring and attribution.
Drive automation dashboard creation (churn forecast accuracy funnel conversion).
Implement territory mapping and customer segmentation.
Report to VP of Growth; act as strategic partner across GTM.
Lead GTM tool selection and integration (HubSpot remains core).
Own forecasting infrastructure and lead funnel optimisation.
Long-term potential to grow and lead a RevOps team.

Must haves:
5 years in RevOps SalesOps BizOps or GTM support roles
Minimum 2 years in a Revenue Operations-specific role
First RevOps hire experience or built RevOps function from scratch
Expert in HubSpot workflows automation lifecycle tracking
Proven dashboard and reporting capability across GTM
Deep GTM funnel understanding (lead to renewal/expansion)
Strong data analysis and segmentation skills
Able to work in high-pressure fast-paced tech environment
Strong communicator and cross-functional collaborator
Nice to haves:
Experience with AI-driven GTM tools or BDR automation
Strategic involvement in market segmentation or territory mapping
Familiarity with integrating sales/marketing tech with HubSpot
Salary range & secondary benefits:
