Job Description

Step into a dynamic role within our Maritime Cargo and Construction division in Erskine Park. This role focus on providing vital administrative support across a wide range of tasks supporting the service team in maintaining and enhancing their customer service.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Administrator - someone who brings initiative to the table and who knows how to keep things running smoothly. If you are someone who loves to work independently managing competing priorities with confidence and who takes pride in delivering exceptional support then this is your chance to shine in a supportive team that values initiative and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Raise and process our customer service jobs and repair orders including costing completed jobs
  • Support the scheduling of service jobs
  • Prepare and issue invoices for completed service work in a timely manner
  • Travel Coordination organise our team members travel and accommodation arrangements as required
  • Timesheet administration for payroll and reporting purposes
  • Process expense claims & manage purchasing activities and accounts payable workflow with precision to ensure compliance with our policies
  • Address customer inquiries in a professional manner to ensure timely and effective resolution
  • Maintain and update our databases ensuring filing systems are organised up to date and efficiently archived
  • Update and manage data bases filing and archiving

About you

  • Strong Customer service focus with professional manner
  • Self-driven and proactive
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • A proven ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple priorities with a high level of accuracy and attention to details
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Cert III in Business Administration OR minimum 2 years in a relevant administrative role
