Job Description

This is a remote position.

Job Title: Freelance Trainer OpsRamp Engineer / Administrator

Mode: Online Type: Project-Based

Experience: 5 Years in IT Infrastructure Monitoring

Duration: As per project scope

Key Skills Required:

OpsRamp Platform Setup & Administration
Infrastructure Monitoring (Servers Network Applications)
Discovery Profiles Topology & Service Maps
Alerting Escalation Policies Incident Management
ITSM Integration (e.g. ServiceNow Jira)
Automation Workflows & Runbook Creation
Scripting (PowerShell Python Preferred)
Cloud Integration: AWS / Azure / GCP

Responsibilities:

Deliver hands-on training on OpsRamp setup and operations
Guide learners on real-world monitoring & automation use cases
Create custom session plans and lab environments
Support Q&A and troubleshoot practical scenarios
