Key Responsibilities
Conduct scheduled virtual or phone appointments with pre-qualified leads
Identify client needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions
Present high-value policies with clarity confidence and care
Close deals with professionalism and urgency
Manage follow-up and support to ensure client satisfaction
Track your performance using CRM tools

Qualifications
2 years of experience in closing high-ticket sales (insurance real estate coaching etc.)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confidence in conducting Zoom/phone consultations
Self-starter with a results-driven mindset
Life and Health Insurance License (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
Familiarity with CRM systems and remote sales tools
