You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a Go High Level Specialist VA who is highly skilled in using the Go High Level CRM platform to manage automations workflows pipelines and campaigns for our business. The ideal candidate has experience in CRM management marketing automation and lead nurturing and can optimize the platform for better client engagement and conversions.
Set up and maintain accounts pipelines and CRM workflows in Go High Level.
Manage contact lists tags and segmentation for targeted marketing.
Ensure data accuracy and proper organization of leads in the system.
Build and optimize automated workflows for lead follow-ups nurturing and conversions.
Set up triggers actions and campaigns for SMS email and voicemail drops.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automations or integrations.
Create and schedule email and SMS marketing campaigns.
Design landing pages funnels and forms using Go High Level tools.
Optimize campaigns for engagement and conversion rates.
Monitor pipeline performance campaign success and conversion metrics.
Generate reports on lead generation campaign ROI and automation efficiency.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve results.
Integrate Go High Level with other platforms (Calendly Stripe Zapier etc.).
Provide technical support to the team for any Go High Level-related tasks.
Proven experience as a Go High Level Specialist CRM Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of sales funnels lead generation and marketing automation.
Proficiency in building workflows pipelines and campaigns in GHL.
Knowledge of email marketing SMS marketing and appointment booking systems.
Familiarity with Zapier Stripe and other third-party integrations.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
