Work Experience:
- Minimum 2 years experience in team lead experience in the sales LOB
- Identifiers for sales: - quota based KPIs -understanding on closing techniques handling objections and adherance to sales scripts
Responsibilities:
- Performance Monitoring and Development: Regularly assess individual and team sales performance identify strengths and weaknesses and create personalized action plans for improvement.
- Training and Coaching: Design and implement training programs conduct individual and group coaching sessions and provide feedback on sales techniques and strategies.
- Skill Enhancement: Help sales representatives develop their skills in areas like prospecting objection handling negotiation and closing deals.
- Strategy and Goal Setting: Collaborate with sales teams to set clear and realistic performance goals and develop action plans to achieve them.
