Handle inbound communication (calls chats tickets) from restaurant partners and end customers
Resolve queries related to orders refunds delivery and platform use
Deliver professional and empathetic customer service support across all service channels
Follow provided response templates and quality standards
Escalate sensitive and unresolved issues where necessary
Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by the project
What you will bring:
Excellent communication skills in Swedish
Fluent in English both spoken and written communication
Previous experience is not required but customer service background is a plus!
Strong written communication and typing skills
Confident with PC tools and multitasking between platforms
