NSS Maintenance has seen huge growth over the last 12 months both in revenue and resource. To support the business in the next stage of our expansion plans were looking for forward thinking hardworking individuals to join our team.
Your job will include:
Using in-house CRM and job management systems to review completed works.
Prepare specialist post works reports via the NSS Job Management platform clearly displaying and explaining before and after images of work completed and issues identified on site. This will include tidying up notes from engineers to ensure our work completed is transparent and coherent for our clients.
Submitting post work reports to clients either via email or portals.
Raising and issuing invoices for work completed ensuring the clients billing process is followed correctly.
Assisting with invoicing queries and working independently or with other business areas to resolve issues preventing payment of invoices.
Using initiative to support your Team Leader with any overdue reporting and accounting/administrative tasks.

Experience / Personal Attributes Required:
Strong PC skills and ability to pick up new systems.
Excellent attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to prioritise tasks and workload.
