The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks supporting staff and maintaining an efficient work environment. This position requires strong communication skills proficiency in office management and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations and ensure a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
Perform administrative duties including filing data entry scheduling appointments and maintaining organized records.
Utilize various applications for document creation scheduling and communication.
Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as necessary.
Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve efficiency.
Provide clerical support by typing correspondence and reports as required.
Qualifications
Proven experience in an administrative role or office management is preferred.
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft and other office applications.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Attention to detail and strong proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality documentation.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to handle pressure during busy tax deadlines

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 44 per week (half-day Fridays May-December occasional overtime during tax season January-April)
