The Role
To lead the development and execution of retail-focused marketing strategies that elevate Castores brand presence and enhance consumer understanding through insight and engagement.
This is a pivotal role for a brand-centric marketer with proven experience across retail and omnichannel campaign delivery someone who understands that great marketing is both engineered and inspired.
Responsibilities
Brand & Campaign Execution
Act as a guardian of brand integrity and consumer mindset across all campaign activity - ensuring consistent expression of tone visuals and messaging.
Work collaboratively with the Creative/production team to deliver Castores mainline campaigns from project management initial briefing to post-campaign analysis.
Manage the production timeline and execution of POS toolkits window displays and partner-ready campaign packs.
Manage implementation and day to day management of the Castore DAM for upload to data analysis of use to inform future briefs.
Retail Marketing Leadership
Manage day to day relationship across Castores distributor and retail network.
Manage marketing initiatives across Castores owned retail stores distributor partners and wholesale accounts.
Develop and execute seasonal retail plans that drive traffic increase sell-through and bring the brand to life in physical environments.
Partner with retail operations to optimise in-store experiences local activations and customer journey improvements.
Commercial Strategy & Performance
Support Head of Marketing Mainline to develop evolve and champion the Castore consumer. Build a deeper understanding through consumer research and data insight.
Translate campaign insights and trading performance into smarter sharper executions.
Manage budgets and allocate spend effectively across retail activations and partner campaigns.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Serve as a primary marketing lead for store openings partner campaigns and retail events.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver opportunities to sweat our assets with our wholesale and disruptor network.
Work closely with wholesale and retail partners to deliver co-branded activations that reflect Castores premium positioning.
