Job Description
The Role:
We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end development to join a collaborative cross-functional Scrum this role you will help architect and build interactive dashboards powered by serverless AWS infrastructure and dynamic data pipelines.
Youll work closely with data science and AI teams to transform complex data into actionable insights through visually compelling user experiences. Responsibilities:
- Front-End Development
- Develop and maintain a modern React-based dashboard for real-time data visualizations using Recharts and similar libraries.
- Build responsive accessible and user-friendly interfaces for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Integrate APIs to fetch and display data dynamically ensuring optimal performance and usability. - Back-End Engineering
- Design and implement AWS Lambda functions in TypeScript or Python to manage business logic and data flow.
- Integrate backend services with Databricks DynamoDB and other data sources for scalable data management.
- Use API Gateway and AWS AppSync to establish secure and reliable communication between the front end and back end. - Cloud & Serverless Architecture
- Build and maintain serverless workflows using AWS tools such as S3 Lambda AppSync and API Gateway.
- Ensure infrastructure is secure scalable and adheres to modern DevOps best practices including CI/CD and infrastructure as code. - Data Collaboration
- Partner with data science and AI teams to integrate and shape data for consumption in the dashboards.
- Support and monitor data pipelines to ensure accurate and timely analytics reach the UI. - Cross-Team Collaboration
- Contribute across the stack adapting to project needs by shifting between front-end and back-end tasks.
- Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies sprint planning retrospectives and team discussions
Requirements:
- 3 years of professional experience in full stack development.
- Proficiency in React and data visualization libraries such as Recharts.
- Hands-on experience writing AWS Lambda functions in TypeScript or Python.
- Solid understanding of AWS serverless architecture including AppSync API Gateway S3 Lambda and DynamoDB.
- Familiarity with Databricks or similar cloud data platforms.
- Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with diverse technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building or consuming GraphQL APIs with AppSync.
- Understanding of data pipelines and how to work with AI/ML-generated datasets.
- Awareness of security best practices in cloud-native applications.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation tools.
Nice to Have
- Full-stack TypeScript experience.
- Prior work on data-rich dashboards in AI/ML or data science contexts.
- AWS certifications (e.g. Developer Associate Solutions Architect) are a plus.
