Location: Metro Manila ( Remote)
Duration: 10 hours/day (Flexible shifts)
Start Date: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Experience: 01 year (with 36 months prior internship/training mandatory)
Stipend: As per industry standards

Who Are We Looking For
We are hiring passionate and ethical MBA Interns with strong communication skills a high IQ and a foundation of hands-on exposure (36 months) via internships or trainings. Candidates should demonstrate enthusiasm for AI tools and must hold relevant certifications in their areas of specialization.

Key Skills & Requirements:
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong logical reasoning and high IQ
Must have completed 36 months of relevant internship or training
Exposure to modern AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT Canva CRM systems)
Possess certifications in relevant fields (digital marketing data science communication sales etc.)
High ethical standards and self-discipline
Responsibilities:
Support real-time business and technology projects with cross-functional teams
Perform market research trend analysis and campaign tracking
Create digital and written content aligned with communication and marketing goals
Collaborate on sales initiatives lead gen and customer engagement strategies
Leverage AI tools to improve processes and enhance productivity
Report outcomes and learnings to mentors through structured updates
