Location: Tulsa OK 74110
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
Shift: Monday-Friday 7:30 AM 4:30 PM (OT as needed)
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Data Entry professional to join a fast-paced construction environment. This role is an immediate need as the company transitions to a new invoicing system. The Data Entry position requires someone who can input data quickly and accurately support purchasing processes and maintain excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Input invoices into a new invoicing system with accuracy and speed (8090% of purchasings time is spent here).
- Maintain spreadsheets track orders and perform general organizational tasks.
- Communicate effectively in a direct fast-paced environment; not afraid to ask questions.
- Ensure punctuality and reliability to meet tight deadlines.
- Support additional clerical tasks as workload increases with potential to grow into a buyer role for the right candidate.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in Data Entry or related clerical roles preferred (higher pay considered with experience).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under demanding conditions and handle multiple priorities.
- Basic proficiency in spreadsheets and order tracking systems.
- Willingness to adapt and take on additional responsibilities as the team expands.
