Job Description
Furnishing Touch is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Tally Excel and should be capable of preparing quotations and invoices for clients.
Key Responsibilities:-
Maintain and update daily accounts using Tally ERP

Prepare and issue customer quotations invoices and payment receipts

Manage accounts payable and receivable petty cash and bank reconciliation

Track and follow up on pending payments and outstanding dues

Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and prepare monthly reports

Assist in GST filing and other statutory compliance if required

Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding financial matters

Handle internal documentation and support the team with financial data as needed

Minimum 1 year of accounting experience

Proficiency in Tally and Microsoft Excel

Knowledge of preparing quotations and basic accounting principles

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Good communication skills in English and Tamil

Experience in retail furnishing or trading companies is a plus
