Role Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and records.

- Oversee monthly quarterly and annual financial closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Prepare budgets and forecast revenues and expenses.
- Conduct detailed account analysis and reconciliations.
- Collaborate with management to improve financial processes.
- Provide financial information to management for decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of financial audits.
- Develop and implement effective internal controls.
- Monitor financial transactions for accuracy.
- Maintain accurate and timely bookkeeping records.
- Identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulations.
- Support treasury management by managing cash flows.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
- Experience in tax preparation and compliance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written.
- Professional qualification (CA CPA or equivalent) is preferred.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and laws.
- Strong ethical standards and professionalism.
