Job Description
Location: Vadapalani chennai
Gender: Male

Conduct routine sampling and testing of raw materials (cement aggregates sand water) and finished concrete as per IS codes.
-
Monitor batching plant operations to ensure consistency in mix design and quality output.
-
Maintain accurate QC logs and prepare daily reports on material and concrete quality.
-
Coordinate with site engineers and clients to address any quality-related issues promptly.
-
Ensure calibration of laboratory and field testing equipment is up to date.
-
Follow and enforce company safety and quality standards at all times.
-
Lead and manage the QC team and lab technicians at the plant and site.
-
Develop and implement mix designs as per project requirements.
-
Liaise with clients consultants and third-party testing agencies for approvals and audits.

Provide training to junior staff and ensure compliance with quality protocols.

Investigate root causes for quality complaints and implement corrective actions.
-
Assist in raw material testing and mix preparation under supervision.
-
Support in documentation and reporting as per instructions.

Coordinate with the batching plant and QC head for daily operations.

Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field.

Experience:
-
Junior: 1 2 years in RMC / construction material testing
-
Senior: 3 years in RMC quality control / mix design / lab management

Knowledge: IS codes concrete mix design RMC testing protocols lab instruments.
-
Skills: Strong analytical communication and problem-solving skills.
-
Based on experience and skillset; competitive and industry standard.

6 days a week; timings as per plant operations
