What Youll Do

Field Operations Leadership

• Lead and supervise cementing field crews during primary cementing squeeze jobs and plug operations
  
• Ensure safe execution of all cementing operations in compliance with HSE standards and procedures
  
• Coordinate equipment mobilization rig-up testing and demobilization activities
  
• Monitor job execution in real-time and make critical operational decisions
  
• Conduct pre-job safety meetings toolbox talks and crew briefings
  
• Manage multiple concurrent jobs across different locations and rig sites
  

Technical Supervision & Quality Control

• Oversee proper implementation of cementing programs and engineering designs
  
• Verify equipment functionality calibration and readiness before operations
  
• Monitor mixing parameters pump rates pressures and volumes during job execution
  
• Ensure cement quality through proper mixing testing and placement procedures
  
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions immediately
  
• Validate post-job reports and ensure accuracy of operational data
  

Crew Management & Development

• Supervise mentor and develop field technicians and junior personnel
  
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
  
• Ensure crew competency through training and skills development initiatives
  
• Manage crew scheduling rotation and resource allocation

Requirements

Who You Are

• National Diploma or Bachelors degree in Engineering Petroleum Technology or related technical field
  
• Minimum 7 years experience in cementing operations with at least 3 years in supervisory roles in oil & gas
  
• Extensive hands-on experience with primary cementing squeeze cementing and plug operations
  
• Strong knowledge of cementing equipment hydraulics and field procedures
  
• Proven track record in field operations leadership and crew management
