Job Description
Job Title: Finance Manager
Position Summary:
We are looking for a digitally savvy Finance Manager to support and oversee core finance operations. The ideal candidate brings solid financial expertise is familiar with digital tools like Power BI and has a working understanding of how technology including AI can enhance financial reporting and decision-making. This role focuses on budgeting reporting compliance and supporting the consolidation and analysis of financial data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting & Analysis:Prepare monthly financial reports and management dashboards using tools such as Power BI to support strategic decision-making.
- Budgeting & Forecasting:Coordinate the annual budgeting process and assist in revenue and cost forecasting using modern Excel models and AI-supported tools where applicable.
- Statutory Compliance & Audit Support:Ensure timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with statutory requirements. Liaise with external auditors during annual audits.
- Data Consolidation & Financial Oversight:Assist in consolidating financial data across business units including overseas entities ensuring accuracy and alignment with group policies.
- Process Improvement:Identify opportunities to improve finance processes through automation digitisation and workflow optimisation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with other departments to gather data and provide financial insights that support operational and strategic goals.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience managing a full set of accounts.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamic Navision accounting software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
