You know that feeling you get when youre in your groove moving things a long and you know its going to be a productive day Or when at the end of your shift you get home and your muscles are a bit achy but in that good way that makes you feel like you got stuff done If this is something that excites you youll be happy to hear that were hiring!
Were looking for an Entry LevelWarehouse Associate with a roll-up-your-sleeves get it done attitude to workout of our Red Deer Distribution Centre.
A little about what youll do:
- Moving lifting picking packing shipping and receiving (say that five times fast!) in a friendly clean and fast-paced environment
- Work with user-friendly equipment and technology
- Youll need to lift and carry heavy merchandise on a regular basis
- Keep things moving efficiently and accurately
- Stay on top of safe material handling procedures and techniques
- Must be comfortable working on ladders and heights
- Restock shelves with received freight
- Using RF scanning guns
- Using bailer and compactor
- Clean up and keep tidy as you work
- Follow all safety guidelines policies and procedures
- All other associated tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
A little about what you bring to the team:
- Flexibility as schedules include occasional evenings and weekends
- Some experience in a warehouse setting would be great but well provide training if youre the right fit
- Responsibility and reliability youre someone we can always count on!
