Job summary
This is an L&D Operations role; you will work within the Global Talent Management & Inclusion Team (GTMI) supporting both the Learning and Development and Talent Management teams. Strong candidates will be enthusiastic dedicated and focused on strategic development and delivery of Rakutens learning and development programs. The candidate will be a highly motivated professional with demonstrated organizational and communication skills.
The candidate should be extremely proactive responsible detail-oriented and demonstrate a high-level of initiative. Additionally the candidate must be able to grow positive working relationships with partners and colleagues across all geographical regions. The candidate must be flexible and possess outstanding intuition and decision-making skills.
