Your job responsibilities as a Human Resources Coordinator:
- Build a strong understanding of the organizations structure culture and goals to effectively support and partner with employees and leaders.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide consultative support throughout the hiring process.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings resume screening interview coordination and offers.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to build proactive candidate pipelines including outreach recruiting events and networking.
- Maintain and coordinate internal HR marketing and communication materials such as newsletters PowerPoints and messaging for HR Programs.
- Manage virtual recognition programs (e.g. Kudos) and volunteer tracking (e.g. HUB Gives)
- Facilitate onboarding process to ensure seamless and engaging new hire experiences including orientation and 30/60/90-day check-ins.
- Support employee offboarding process including exit tasks and coordination with relevant departments.
- Enter transactions into Human Capital Management system (Workday) including hires terminations job changes employee record maintenance and other related transactions as needed.
- Respond to general HR inquiries and serve as a liaison between regional offices and corporate HR functions such as payroll and benefits.
- Support employee engagement initiatives including appreciation events wellness campaigns and culture committee programs.
- Participate in targeted professional civic and charitable organizations to develop and nurture HUBs image.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in human resources business administration marketing communications or related field preferred
- One to three years in an HR support or coordinator role preferred
- SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
- An equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience may be substituted in lieu of minimum qualifications
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and HCM technologies; Workday experience a plus
- Working knowledge of or ability to research various human resource laws regulations and compliance requirements and apply them appropriately in daily operations
- Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with employees leaders and external contacts by demonstrating trust responsiveness and discretion
- Comfortable working and communicating with individuals at all levels of the organization; including entry-level employees to senior executives with diverse professional backgrounds
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a team-based collaborative environment with a willingness to contribute beyond individual responsibilities when needed
- Self-starter with initiative follow-through and a collaborative spirit
