Were looking for a Head of Marketing and Brand to play a key role in our technology transformation by leading and driving our marketing brand and transformation communication strategy externally while maintaining and delivering our Kinder Banking purpose and communications.

Youll provide inspiring leadership to a team of experts. Across brand PR digital marketing SEO paid media website acquisition content social media and B2B marketing teams youll oversee delivery on objectives and future strategy maintaining a high performing team.
Through our Purpose strategy youll build our brand awareness and positive reputational management for the Cumberland managing risk around reputation and communications to ensure good outcomes for the business and our customers.
Youll drive top of funnel leads and support acquisition across lending and savings products as well as managing all external messaging across the brand and marketing customer touchpoints.

About You
Youll have significant and demonstrable experience leading a medium to large size marketing team preferably within a financial services environment leading through a large-scale technology transformation.
