A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CALL CENTER OPERATOR
Working in our call center will give you the opportunity to do various tasks. Its really a mix of customer service answering incoming calls and routing to appropriate staff processing incoming mail and miscellaneous office tasks all rolled into one awesome job. Dont fear the unknown our training is excellent and we will get you up to speed in no time. Primarily youll be engaging with and talking to patients over the phone. You can expect to answer their questions and transfer their call. You will receive review and distribute mail in addition to other office related tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CALL CENTER OPERATOR
High school diploma or equivalent
Patience and ability to work with people at all levels internal and external
Compassion for Patients
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
WORK SCHEDULE
This is a part-time position working 20-25 hours per week. 7am-12pm Monday- Friday
