What Youll Be Doing:
  • Coordinate with Impact: Oversee job files from start to finish ensuring seamless communication and impeccable tracking.
  • Be a Problem-Solver: Handle customer calls monitor job progress and perform audits to keep everything on track.
  • Create and Review: Draft preliminary estimates manage documentation and ensure all client requirements are met with precision.

  • Multi-Tasker Extraordinaire: You excel in managing multiple responsibilities from job coordination to administrative tasks all while maintaining a high level of organization.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 2 years in an administrative or office role with a preference for experience in the commercial cleaning restoration or insurance/service industries.
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication exceptional organizational abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel). Experience with Xactimate or similar software is a plus.
  • Education: High School Diploma/GED required; an Associates or Bachelors degree is preferred.
