Job Description
The Associate Director of Annual Giving will play a key role in expanding donor participation and retention at the University of Hartford through strategic annual giving initiatives with a primary focus on launching and managing a new peer-to-peer volunteer fundraising program. This position will also assist the Senior Director of Annual Giving in planning and executing our annual giving program including the use of advanced segmentation content development and multi-channel solicitations. This is a hybrid position with a flexible schedule that includes remote work and on-campus collaboration in West Hartford CT. Performs all duties in full support of the Universitys mission understanding that the positive and effective execution of these duties are instrumental to the education of the Universitys students.
