The Professional Services Analyst supports the successful delivery of customized client implementations integrations and ongoing technical solutions. Working closely with the Professional Services Manager this role is responsible for analyzing client requirements configuring solutions preparing documentation and ensuring smooth execution of project deliverables. The Analyst plays a vital role in ensuring the technical accuracy quality and effectiveness of tailored Signaturit solutions.
In addition to client-focused responsibilities the Analyst will progressively take on the management of post-merger integration (PMI) projects helping unify systems processes and platforms across acquired entities to support Signaturit growth and operational efficiency.
What you will do at Signaturit
1. Solution Configuration & Implementation:
- Translate client requirements into actionable technical specifications.
- Support the setup testing and configuration of custom Signaturit solutions.
- Assist in API integrations and workflows tailored to client needs.
2. Client Support & Communication:
- Collaborate with the Professional Services Manager to gather and document client requirements.
- Provide timely updates documentation and technical guidance to internal stakeholders and clients.
3. Project Execution & Monitoring:
- Track project tasks and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Identify and escalate technical issues or risks as needed.
- Contribute to QA processes and ensure the quality of deliverables.
4. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
- Create technical documentation user guides and process workflows for internal and client use.
- Maintain and improve internal tools templates and implementation playbooks.
5. Continuous Improvement:
- Analyze project performance and suggest improvements for processes and tools.
- Stay updated on Signaturit products and industry best practices.
6. Post-Merger Integration (PMI) Support
- Participate in and eventually lead integration projects following Signaturit acquisitions.
- Coordinate across product development and customer operations teams to align platforms and services.
- Ensure smooth data system and process unification across merged entities.
- Track KPIs and report on integration progress and outcomes.
What we believe should contribute to your success in this context
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business IT & Technology or a related field
- Experience: Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of experience.
- Skills:
- Basic understanding of APIs webApp technologies and SaaS platforms.
- Excellent communication problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Language: Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus (Spanish).
