Job Description

  • Work Location: Cebu City
  • Job Level: Supervisory
  • Employment Status: Onsite / Full Time
  • Work Schedule: Mondays to Saturdays

Responsibilities:

  • Coaching Area Developmental Plans for Distributor Sales Personnel and Direct Van Salesman (Trade Area Development)
  • Achieving sales objectives:
    • Sales to Trade
    • Reach
    • Must Carry (based on Must Execute Daily)
    • Opening of New Channels
  • Ensuring Market Program execution and activation
  • Monitoring distributors activities and ensuring compliance with company requirements
  • Developing strategic and tactical plans to boost distributor and direct hire sales
  • Cost Management System:
    • Early check-ups on direct hire Van Salesman
    • Problem detection and damage prevention
    • Maximizing marketing activities within standard cost
  • Physical Distribution:
    • Preparing daily route for FPM and/or CGL
    • Maximizing truck capacity
    • Booking additional trucks if in-house units are insufficient
  • Distribution Management:
    • Regular meetings with Distributors Owners and Sales Managers/Supervisors
    • Submission of meeting minutes
  • Personnel Management:
    • Reviewing HR requirements for the area
    • Recommending dissolution acquisition or realignment of positions
    • Reporting to HR and concerned departments
  • People Development:
    • Promoting discipline and leadership
    • Conducting coaching and counseling sessions
    • Building a high-morale sales team

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any four-year course
  • At least 3 years of selling experience in general trade or sales distribution channels
  • Strong Leadership Communication and Decision-Making skills
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
  • Able to work under pressure highly trustworthy and open to irregular schedules
  • Preferably with Drivers License RC 12 and capable of driving a 4-wheeled vehicle
  • Willing to work and travel within assigned areas
