Job Description
Has responsibility for all customer-facing activities within a small/medium-sized cluster.
Ensures a consistently high-quality experience for both new and existing customers.
Maintains consistent service delivery in line with the brand.
Contributes to Commercial Pipeline Management.
Builds and drives strong relationships with customers.
Plans and shares customer business insights with the Customer Experience Organisation.
Reviews team performance and identifies service improvement areas.
Leads continuous improvement initiatives and supports change management.
Delivers on agreed sales targets through quote follow-ups and management of assigned internal sales customers.
Focuses on segmentation drivers to ensure effective sales performance.
