When you join us you become part of a team guided by heart purpose and Technician Responsibilities:Conduct and implement 1:1 behavior support and ABA treatment as outlined in the clients treatment planCollect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessionsCollaborate with a BCBA supervisor to implement ABA therapy principles and teaching proceduresBe responsive to the needs and requests of clients their families and clinical supervisorsBehavioral Technician Requirements:Must be at least 18 years of ageHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to pass CORI and abuse registry checksReliable transportationPunctual communicative and dependableAdditional Benefits:RBT certification support while not required we offer resources and guidance to help you get certifiedProfessional development assistance to help you grow in your role and careerReferral program offering incentives for bringing in qualified candidatesPurdue Global tuition assistance to support your education and career advancementCheck out for opportunities in other locations!
