Hourly Pay: $18-$20 an hour Full-Time Schedule: Monday to Friday 6:00am-2:30pm
Your Impact
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Banquet Cook to join our culinary team at Jesuit College in this role you will support special campus events by preparing high-quality meals for large groups including faculty students alumni and guests. You will work closely with the Executive Chef and catering staff to ensure all banquet meals are executed with precision professionalism and Jesuit values of excellence and service.

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
MINIMUM REQUIRED:
Minimum 12 years of experience in banquet or high-volume cooking required.
Knowledge of large-scale food prep and banquet-style plating/presentation.
Ability to read and follow recipes production sheets and event schedules.
Food Handler Certification (Texas required); ServSafe preferred.
Must be able to work evenings weekends and flexible schedules based on event needs.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Experience in school or institutional food service settings.
Commitment to providing excellent service in a faith-based academic environment.
Professional demeanor and pride in food quality and kitchen cleanliness.
