Location: Virtual: This role enables associates to work virtually full-time with the exception of required in-person training sessions (when indicated) providing maximum flexibility and autonomy. This approach promotes productivity supports work-life integration and ensures essential face-to-face onboarding and skill development.

The Transformation Director Clinical Operations is responsible for working with Clinical and Operations leadership to drive operational efficiency generate analytical insights to improve care delivery and support the evolution of CareBridges clinical interventions.
How will you make an impact:
Assess opportunities for value creation and operational efficiency within specific areas (e.g. transition of care team) or across the clinical/ broader organization
Effectively designs implements and sustains improvement initiatives with key stakeholders.
Leads efforts to identify best practices for change management and process improvement.
Identifies impacted parties business partners and resources required.
Develops and designs processes and systems that support business needs.
Designs methods for integrating function and process.
Conducts cost/benefit analyses.
Builds support for business change throughout the business unit.
Presents recommendations to executive leadership and communicates guidance to operations and supporting teams.
Minimum requirements:
Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 10 years managing mid to large-scale change/project initiatives; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills Capabilities and Experiences:
Experience in management consulting investment banking private equity or venture capital strongly preferred; may substitute with experience in provider operations and/ or healthcare startup operations.
Knowledge of planning models and methodology project management and change management experience (strategic and execution) strongly preferred.
Masters degree preferred.
Experience working in the managed care/healthcare insurance healthcare / value-based care industry preferred.
Exceptional strategic thinking decision-making problem-solving skills and adaptability highly preferred.
Proven ability in collaborating with cross-functional teams and coordinate efforts towards common goals strongly preferred.
Experience interacting confidently with senior management as a subject matter expert and comfortable with influencing decision-making preferred.
Expert in Microsoft Office products most notably in PowerPoint and Excel Teams Outlook Excel and Word strongly preferred.
Excellent written oral presentation and interpersonal communication skills with the proven ability to negotiate expectations between multiple parties preferred.
