- An experienced Head Chef (or strong Sous ready to step up) with at least 1 year in a similar role

- Excellent menu development and presentation skills
- A hands-on operator with a supportive and approachable leadership style
- Proven experience in large-scale events and functions
What Youll Bring to the Table:
- Strong understanding of cost control stock management and rostering
- Menu costing expertise with a focus on minimising waste
- Proficiency with POS kitchen management systems & MS Office
- Knowledge of current food trends and kitchen optimisation
