Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to executives including managing
calendars scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence reports and presentations.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Organize and maintain files records and documentation.
Assist in the preparation of board meetings and other executive-level events.
Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives.
Ensure the smooth operation of the office (once established).
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Experience in managing complex calendars and travel arrangements.
