An international company located in the Cincinnati OH area specializing in the Automation and Assembly industry is currently seeking aBusiness Development Managerfor a direct hire opportunity with their growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for Sales Managers seeking a company that offersexcellent pay and benefits strong leadership and the chance to drive business growth within the U.S. market.
The Business Development Managers total compensation will bebased on the candidates education and experience. All well-qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay requirements.
Qualified candidates will have most if not all of the following experience and skills:
- Bachelors Degree in business engineering or related field
- 5 years of recent and relevant experience in the Automation and Assembly industry
- Proven ability to identify and engage potential clients to build lasting business relationships
- Experience developing and executing strategies for sustainable business growth
- Willingness and ability to travel to client sites as needed
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Ability to pass standard pre-employment checks (background check drug screening references etc.)
