As our E-Retail & Omnichannel Associate youll be responsible for planning executing and optimizing digital media campaigns across leading platforms like Allegro (Poland & expansion markets) Smyk Media Expert and Empik. Your goal will be to enhance brand awareness product visibility and online sales through strategic paid media.
Key Responsibilities:
Media Planning & Execution
Develop and execute e-retail media campaigns including Sponsored Ads Display banners Programmatic mailings and social media.
Identify and target key audiences including parents gift-givers collectors and fans.
Assets Management
Create and manage assets for omnichannel campaigns. (including product pages ect)
Oversee Allegro ads analytics audience targeting and first-party data.
Manage e-shop listings and priorities in collaboration with the global team.
Deliver and optimize formats for digital touchpoints across marketplaces external display social media and Google Ads (SEM Demand Gen PMax etc.).
Monitoring Optimization and Reporting
Track and optimize campaign performance (ROAS CPC CTR etc.).
Monitor product rankings and ad placements to maximize conversions.
Provide weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
Market & Competitor Insights
Monitor competitor retail media strategies to identify opportunities.
Explore new trends and opportunities in shopper activation and retail media.
Collaboration
Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align media plans with business objectives.
Coordinate with toy retailers marketplace account managers and external agencies to optimize advertising placements.

Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Digital Advertising Digital Marketing or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in e-commerce advertising digital marketing or retail media.
Fluency in English.
Strong analytical skills to optimize campaign performance.
Passion for digital media and performance marketing.
Excellent project management and multitasking abilities.
Up-to-date knowledge of digital trends platform updates and new ad formats.
