Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager PAS-X to join our team in Frankfurt am Main this role you will be responsible for leading and managing complex PAS-X Manufacturing Execution System (MES) implementation and optimization projects for our pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients.
- Lead the planning execution and delivery of PAS-X MES projects ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards
- Develop and maintain project plans schedules and budgets using project management tools and methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including internal staff clients and vendors to ensure successful project completion
- Identify assess and mitigate project risks implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders
- Manage project resources including personnel equipment and materials
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and relevant regulatory requirements throughout project lifecycle
- Collaborate with clients to understand their manufacturing processes and customize PAS-X solutions to meet their specific needs
- Oversee system testing validation and documentation processes
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and training for client teams on PAS-X functionalities
- Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries
- Proven experience with PAS-X implementation and/or optimization projects
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall)
- Proficiency in PAS-X Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and its applications in pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Excellent skills in using project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project Jira) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- PAS-X certification or training preferred
- In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory compliance
- Outstanding communication leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated experience in risk management budgeting and resource allocation
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Willingness to travel as required for project implementation and client meetings
