THE ROLE: B2B SMB Specialist

This is a high-energy field-based role focusing on Small and Mid-Sized Business (SMB) accounts. No residential doors - just professional local business owners who need your help.

• Consultative Sales: Act as a local partner to community business owners.
• Strategic Prospecting: Promote Frontier Communications fiber internet cybersecurity & phone solutions
• Future-Proofing: Learn high-income sales skills that stay relevant in an AI-driven world.
• Leadership Track: Enter our Career Development Program (CDP) and move into management.

COMPENSATION & REWARDS

• $75000 - $125000 OTE: Your effort directly dictates your bank account.
