The Resident Services Coordinators role is to carry out key resident services such as customer care reception and administration activities to contribute to the highest standard of attention for residents and visitors in our Care Centre and Living Well Apartments.
This role based in our Care Centre Reception and also includes working with the Village administration to deliver exceptional customer service across the village. This is a full-time role from 8.30am until 5pm Monday to Friday.
As part of our Resident Services Team (reception) you will be the first point of contact for our residents family and business contacts. Your creativity and enthusiasm will support you in your day-to-day tasks.
