As a Solutions Engineer youll partner with sales teams lead technical discovery sessions and design tailored solutions to meet client needs. Youll collaborate across teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of Wix solutions while building strong relationships with enterprise your day-to-day you will:
- Partner with sales teams to understand client needs lead technical discovery sessions and provide expert consulting and technical support throughout pre-sales and post-sales engagements
- Design develop and present customized solutions that align with client business goals including seamless systems integration and proof-of-concept implementations
- Troubleshoot technical issues provide ongoing support and guidance during implementation and integration projects and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with development product and engineering teams to define technical requirements influence platform enhancements and advocate for enterprise and regional client needs
- Work hands-on with APIs web technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript) and enterprise authentication protocols (e.g. SSO OAuth SAML) to ensure smooth and efficient deployment of Wix solutions
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key client stakeholders by delivering technical demos gathering and analyzing user and market insights (especially for Japanese users) and continuously recommending data-driven enhancements and feature developments
Qualifications :
- 5 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer Sales Engineer or similar technical role
- Strong technical background in enterprise-level software solutions integrations and architecture with deep expertise in web development technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript) APIs authentication protocols networking cloud services CRMs and data platforms
- Proven ability to clearly explain and demo complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences enhancing stakeholder understanding and engagement
- Demonstrated success managing relationships with enterprise clients and collaborating cross-functionally with sales product and technical teams to drive client outcomes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and business-level English
- Strong problem-solving abilities creativity and a collaborative approach to addressing client challenges and achieving shared goals
