Job Description
Are you an experienced Application Engineer with a passion for CNC grinding machines and hands-on field service Our clienta trusted and growing CNC manufacturing companyis looking for a skilled Application Engineer to support their cutting-edge Strausak CNC machines and Numroto software platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site and remote field service for CNC tool & cutter grinding machines (focus on Strausak with Numroto software).
- Perform machine installation maintenance troubleshooting and repairmechanical electrical pneumatic and hydraulic.
- Offer technical support via phone email and in-person at customer locations.
- Interpret and work with electrical/mechanical schematics and technical drawings.
- Travel up to 50% throughout North America to support customer needs.
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Strausak CNC machines
- Proficiency with Numroto software
- Strong background in CNC machine troubleshooting & field service
- Mechanical aptitude with ability to read schematics and technical drawings
